1. Sokuto Geri (Side Snap Kick) - alternate sides beginning over the forward foot


2. Shomen Geri (Front Kick) - alternate sides beginning over the forward foot


3. Mawashi Tsuki (Hook Punch) - block over the rear foot only


4. Shomen Tsuki (Guide Block/Reverse Punch) - block over the forward foot only


5. Shuto Uchi, Ura Uchi, Shoken Tsuki (Chop/Back fist/Single Knuckle Punch) - block over the rear foot only


6. Hiji Tsuki (Elbow Strikes) - block over the rear foot only


7. Hajilki Uke, Hiraken Tsuki (Tiger Paw Strikes) - block/strike
over the forward foot only


8. Tenshin Zensoku Geri (Pivot/Front Kick with Forward Leg) -beginning Right Sanchin stance


9. Tenshin Kosoku Geri (Pivot/Front Kick with Rear Leg) - beginning Left Sanchin stance


10. Tenshin Shoken Tsuki (Pivot/Single Knuckle Punch Right and Left) - beginning Right Sanchin stance


11. Shomen Hajiki (Finger Tip Strikes)


12. Koi No Shippo Uchi (Wrist Strikes)

- Tate Uchi (Up, Down, Inside, Outside) - Right Sanchin stance –
- Yoko Uchi (Fishtail) - Left Sanchin stance


13. Shinko Kyu (Deep Breathing)

 


 

"When transferring the ch’i from your feet to your waist, your body must operate as if all the parts were one; this allows you to move forward and backward freely with control of balance and position. Failure to do this causes loss of control of the entire body system. The only cure for such a problem is an examination of the stance."
